We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff did all they could to accomodate all our requests, they even made us 2 breakfast boxes for take away because we had a tour booked before 7am one day, which was the hour when the breakfast started. In addition, the location couldn’t be better. In general we were very happy and we would recommend it to everyone!

Nice, cozy hotel just a few metres from centre. They have a private parking for additional charge But you dont have to worry about parking. Nice, helpful staff. Room and bathroom was ok. The breakfast we didnt like. Not a lot of choice and some food was kind a heated because of the heating system they have above food. And also the tables was not clean. But overall we would come back without breakfast, just for the rooms, parking and location.

Great location, 5 minutes away from the Old Town market square. Room was simple but had everything we required and housekeeping were amazing - my daughters had their own room and their teddies weee neatly tucked up in their beds everytime they came back to the room 😂. Tea/coffee and bottled water all refilled daily and fresh towels without requesting! Thanks housekeeping! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. (You have to pay, but it is REALLY cheap). Buffet style breakfast and I absolutely loved trying the Polish cuisine. It was changed a bit daily too, so there was always something else to try. Waitresses were very pleasant and there was such a great selection of hot and cold foods, cakes, breads fruit and cereal. Really couldn’t fault it! We managed to keep our luggage at the hotel after check out, so we didn’t have to lug them round with us and we waited to make our journey back to the airport. Ear plugs were a great touch. This hotel is located in the city centre with a tram running at the front. Expect a bit of noise, because you’re in a city! I’m a light sleeper and the earplugs were a great touch! Would I stop here again? Definitely. Had a great time in Krakow, and this hotel was just perfect for us. Thanks!

We lived for a week. The rooms are completely outdated and worn. In need of repair. The carpets are dirty. There are cockroaches walking around the rooms. Not only that, we got smaller rooms than we had booked and with a broken baby cot. Well at least the problem was solved. Breakfast is poor. When we came for breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning, there was already a lack of food. Buns and pastries are stale and dry. One morning we even ran out of coffee cups. The cups were brought after 20 minutes. We booked a parking spot for our car, but every time we returned, we found our spot taken. I had to go to the hotel administration to discuss every time. The only plus is a good location. The interior of the hotel does not match the photos shown in booking sites.
